If you want to use RasMol to view the structures in the IUMSC database, you must have the corresponding .pdb file. While many of the later structures have the .pdb file, earlier structure have only the .crt file. You can download a simple conversion program that works in a DOS window to convert the .crt files to the .pdb format. The program assumes that the input file name is crt, and the output is pdb. Typically the user would do the following (using 96112.crt as the example).
